Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Keysleeves. We strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you find that you need to return or exchange an item, please review our relevant policies below.

 
Returns


You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

STEP 1

Please email us at support@keysleeves.com.au to notify us that you are wanting to process a return for either a refund or exchange product. Please include:

  1. Your order number
  2. The reason for the refund/exchange. 
  3. Supporting photos of your key and the key cover received. This is useful for us to speed up the returns process and determining if you have accidentally purchased the wrong key cover for your key.   

 

STEP 2: Shipping Your Return

You will be supplied the return address to send the return to. The buyer is responsible for both the original shipping cost and the return shipping costs, unless there is an issue with the product or the incorrect product was sent. 

We recommend using a reliable shipping method and retaining the tracking information for your protection against shipping damages. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged as Keysleeves is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

STEP 3: Refund or Exchange

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will promptly action the refund or exchange as per your request. 

For refunds; we will issue a refund for the purchase price, minus any original shipping fee. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

For exchanges; we will send you an email link to pay a re-shipping fee of $7.99. This fee covers the cost of shipping the exchanged item/s back to you. After the re-shipping fee is paid and the items have been returned to us, we will promptly send the exchange items to you. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once the exchanged item is dispatched.
